Support across fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation
Your body is not the problem. The system is.
You have spent hours tracking your cycle. You have read the books. You have taken the supplements. You have gone to the appointments.
And you are still confused about what your body is actually doing.
Here is what no one is saying:
The system was not designed to support you. It was designed to treat you in pieces.
Your fertility doctor does not talk to your OB. Your OB does not talk to the lactation consultant. The lactation consultant does not talk to your pelvic floor PT.
So you’re left trying to piece together a puzzle without the picture on the box.
And when things do not go as planned, you are told it is unexplained. Or it is just how your body is. Or you need to try harder.
This is not your fault.
You do not need another fertility tracker. You do not need another supplement protocol. You do not need another expert who only knows one piece of the puzzle.
You need someone who sees the whole picture.
What actually happens on your fertility journey
You start trying. Month one, month two, month three. Nothing.
You download the apps. You buy the ovulation tests. You track your basal body temperature. You time sex to the exact window.
Six months in, you see your doctor. They tell you to keep trying. It can take up to a year. Come back if nothing happens.
A year passes. You go back. Now they run some tests. Your hormones are checked. Your partner does a sperm analysis. Everything comes back normal.
They call it unexplained infertility. They suggest IUI or IVF. Or they put you on medication without explaining why.
No one asks about your stress levels. Your sleep. Your gut health. How your body actually feels throughout your cycle.
You are a checklist. Not a whole person.
Then you get pregnant
You pee on a stick. Two lines. You’re pregnant, YAY!
But then, your fertility support ends, you’re told congratulations and sent on your way.
Now you wait 8 to 12 weeks for your first OB appointment. No one tells you what to eat, what to avoid, or what is normal. You’re lying in bed Googling at 2am wondering if this symptom means something is wrong which leads you into a reddit rabbit hole that has you spiralling and hyperventilating.
And then when you finally see your OB. You get your ultrasound and then 15 minutes with your doctor. They say everything looks good (or doesn’t) and you leave with more questions than you came with.
Then you go into labor
Your water breaks, or contractions start and you’re not sure what the fuuuuck to do because no one told you when to go in. So you google if you should, call your mom or your sister, maybe call the L&D department at the hospital and make your way in.
You get there and it’s overwhelming, there are so many different things happening at once, you didn’t think you needed to prep too much, but now you wish you had. You then have to make so many decisions along the way and you’re so freaking nervous because it’s all a foriegn language and you just want you and your baby to make it out of this safely. Eventually, you hit 10 cm or you end up in the OR and your OB shows up to catch the baby.
No one asked what you wanted. No one explained your options. No one prepared you for what this would actually feel like.
If something goes wrong, decisions are made quickly. You sign forms. You trust they know best. You have no idea what just happened to your body.
Then you hit postpartum
You give birth and think okay, that’s it, the hard part is done. BUUUT then, you now have this bleeding, leaking, squishy body that just went through a massive transformation (physially, emotionally, mentally) and you also have to keep this tiny human alive. Oh, and most of the focus is on the baby so you’re left wildly unprepared (and unsupported) for how to care for yourself. On top of that you can’t stop crying, your vagina or your abdomen hurts and you’re navigating sleep deprivation. You are then handed a list of warning signs, and told to call if you are bleeding through more than one pad per hour.
You go home. You are alone with a newborn. No one prepared you for this. Your body feels foreign. You are in pain. You are exhausted. And you just want someone to support YOU.
Your six-week checkup is a five-minute appointment where they ask if you are okay. You say yes because you don’t know what else to say (and maybe are too afraid to say anything). You are cleared to resume normal activity, but what the fuck even is that anymore? Also, can your pelvic floor even handle what you did pre pregnancy?
Nothing about this feels normal.
Then you navigate breastfeeding
Breastfeeding is not working the way Instagram said it would. Your baby is not latching. Your nipples are cracked and bleeding. You do not know if your baby is getting enough milk.
A lactation consultant visits in the hospital for 20 minutes. She shows you a hold. She says it looks good. She leaves.
At home, nothing works. You call the pediatrician. They suggest supplementing with formula. No one helps you figure out why breastfeeding is not working. No one connects this to your birth experience or your stress levels or your sleep.
You are alone again.
This is the system working exactly as it was designed. You are not broken. The care is.
Womb Haven exists because women deserve better
Womb Haven is not another course. It is not another protocol. It is not another person telling you what to do.
It is ongoing support that follows you across fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation.
When you get pregnant in month two, we do not celebrate and send you away. We move you into pregnancy support.
When you give birth in month four, we do not end your access. We move you into postpartum support.
When you stop breastfeeding and want to focus on getting your cycle back, we are still here.
The support follows you. You do not have to start over.
How Womb Haven actually works
This is not a curriculum you have to complete. It is support you access when you need it.
You get access to the RECLAIM method
RECLAIM is how we work with every woman, no matter what season she is in.
It focuses on nervous system safety, nutrition, movement that supports your hormones, gut health and stress, and understanding how medical care fits into the whole picture.
The principles stay the same. The application changes based on where you are.
You get season-specific pathways
If you are trying to get pregnant, you get fertility pathways. If you are pregnant, you get pregnancy pathways. If you are postpartum, you get postpartum pathways.
These are optional. You use what you need when you need it. You are not graded. You are not behind. You are exactly where you are.
You learn Womb Linguistics
Most women are fluent in Google. They can tell you what the internet says about their symptoms.
But they cannot tell you what their body is actually saying.
Womb Linguistics teaches you to understand your body. To connect symptoms across phases. To respond with support instead of panic. To make informed decisions instead of guessing.
This is what changes everything.
You get monthly calls with us
Once a month, you can ask questions, get support, and hear from other women in the space.
These are not webinars. They are not presentations. They are real conversations about what is actually happening in your body.
You get community access
You have a place to ask questions between calls. To share what is going on. To get support from women who understand.
We are in there. We answer. You are not alone.
You get weekly trackers, tools, protocols + so much more
Every week you get a tracker because we are TAPPED into you and we CARE about your results. Whatever you need to be successful is in your client portal.

Who runs Womb Haven
We are Jasmine and Ashley. We are both registered nurses.
Jasmine works in labor and delivery. She specializes in fertility, postpartum, lactation, nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, and hormone health.
Ashley works in an OBGYN clinic doing fertility care, IVF, and IUI. She has a background in labor and delivery and postpartum and also works as a Labor & Delivery nurse.
We work together in the hospital. We see what happens when women do not have support. We see the gaps in care every single shift.
Ashley delivered Jasmine's baby. We know what it is like to navigate this system as patients and as providers.
We built Womb Haven because we were tired of watching women struggle alone.
Behind everything we do is a team of people who truly care. We bring our full selves to the table—open-minded, collaborative, and ready to make something great.
Is This For You?
This is for you if…
1
You are tired of being treated like a checklist.
You want someone who understands that your mood swings and your missing period and your painful sex are all connected.
You are done with providers who have 15 minutes and no answers.
You want support that does not end the second you pee on a stick or push a baby out.
You are willing to show up for yourself. To ask questions. To do the work.
This is not for you if:
2
You want someone to fix you. You want a quick solution. You want a rigid protocol that promises results in 30 days. You are looking for medical diagnosis or treatment.
